Returns and Exchanges

Not satisfied with your purchase? Does the ordered car radio not fit or are you having trouble installing or fitting it? Feel free to contact us, so we can go through the installation procedure together remotely. If you have received the wrong products or there is another reason you are not satisfied, please contact customer service. We will see how we can further assist you.

Legal return period You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt and another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount back. Only the cost of returning from your home to the web store is at your own expense. When using your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. Contact us via our email to use this right. We will refund the due amount within 14 days of registering the return, provided the product is received in good order. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for its assessment, we can charge for this depreciation. So, make sure the product is carefully packaged when returned.

Return conditions:

• Returns must be registered via email (info@autoradioplaza.com) and require our confirmation.
• The product must be neatly packed, without signs of use, and in original condition.
• Original protective films on screens may not be removed.
• A return registration must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.

Note: In certain cases, we can make an exception. Therefore, always contact us first.
